To some extent it depends when they audition. If it is later on then you end up with almost back to back octochamps, like this time. Sarah told me that they do try to keep them relatively separate where possible.

Dentists - I faint, throw up and generally turn very vicious unless i'm heavily sedated. Stems from an incident when I was 11, which will remain in my memory forever.
